We’re looking for an Operations Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. • Track shipment statuses and report to relevant teams on any potential issues
  • Quickly and proactively resolve problems that may arise while a load is in transit
  • Communicate with and provide support to teams at each of our production facilities
  • Help the customer support team troubleshoot customer issues related to shipping
  • Provide timely information to marketing, backend, and customer support teams to communicate with customers when there are issues in our logistic network that would impact customers
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings in supply chain operations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

About you

  • Minimum of 4 years of related experience, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or operations management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft tools and Google Suite tool
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and data analysis, are preferred.
  • You are a highly organized person with attention to detail.
  • You feel comfortable learning new processes, procedures, and operational functions, but know when to ask for support.
  • You can pivot and adapt to change quickly.
  • When faced with multiple priorities, you remain calm and collected.
  • You communicate well, both verbally and in writing.
  • You're interested in startups and excited to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
