3# Requirements

• Operational Expertise, proven experience in operations with a focus on driving sales.
• Track record of delivering on KPIs with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Positive Leadership, management experience with a positive, solution-focused mindset.
• People Person, Bring a great attitude and people-oriented approach.
• Sales Focus. Demonstrate a sales-focused mindset with attention to detail.
• Beauty Qualifications, ITEC, CIBTAC, or equivalent beauty qualifications such as NVQ 3 are advantageous but not required.
