The Opportunity

We are hiring a Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market strategies for our expanding suite of hardware products, including video, audio detection, and LPR devices. You will be responsible for driving adoption and growth by developing strategic pricing and packaging initiatives, launching demo plans for field teams, and serving as the hardware expert within the Product Marketing team. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure cohesive messaging and successful hardware campaigns. Your ability to translate complex technical details into clear and compelling narratives will be critical in driving multi-product deals and hardware pipeline growth.

The Skillset

  • Proven experience in product marketing for hardware or technology-based products

  • Strong go-to-market experience, including developing and executing pricing, packaging, and demo strategies

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering

  • Exceptional communication skills to translate technical details into compelling value propositions

  • Experience driving solutions-based, multi-product campaigns and aligning them with sales motions to grow pipeline.

90 Days at Flock

We are a results-oriented culture and believe job descriptions are a thing of the past. We prescribe to 90 day plans and believe that good days, lead to good weeks, which lead to good months. This serves as a preview of the 90 day plan you will receive if you were to be hired as a Product Marketing Manager at Flock Safety.

The First 30 Days

  • Complete an audit of all existing hardware documentation and assets

  • Begin collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering, to align on hardware GTM strategies

  • Work with the creative team to assess and update visual assets, including photography, b-roll, and technical drawings

The First 60 Days

  • Launch the hardware display and demo plan, ensuring all field teams are equipped with demo materials and properly trained

  • Lead strategic pricing and packaging discussions in partnership with PMM vertical leads, Product, and Finance

  • Finalize and consolidate all documentation related to hardware products

90 Days & Beyond

  • Drive measurable pipeline growth by executing GTM initiatives, including multi-product pricing and packaging strategies

  • Maintain an updated catalog of visual assets to support ongoing hardware marketing campaigns

  • Serve as the hardware expert within the PMM team, leading GTM syncs and continuously optimizing strategies

  3. The Panel: Learn more about the team, responsibilities, and workflows. You should be prepared to speak about past projects, how you collaborate and communicate with others, and how you live our values. Depending on the team and role you are interviewing for, you may meet with several teammates as well as cross-functional partners.

💰Salary & Equity: In this role, you’ll receive a starting salary of $110,000-$150,000 as well as stock options
