What to expect on this role

As a Senior IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and hiring top IT talent. Your role involves collaborating with hiring managers, crafting effective job descriptions, and leveraging your network to identify qualified candidates. Conducting interviews, evaluating technical skills, and ensuring cultural fit will be key aspects of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will contribute to employer branding, talent pipeline development, and the ongoing improvement of recruitment processes. Your objective is to build a high-performing IT team that aligns with the organization's goals and values.

  • Proactively source, identify, and attract high-caliber software engineers using various channels such as online job portals, social media, networking events, and professional associations.

  • Employ creative sourcing techniques to reach passive candidates and build a talent pipeline for present and future needs.

  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume reviews, phone screenings, and technical interviews, to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Assess candidates' technical abilities and ensure alignment with each specific role’s requirements.

  • Collaborate closely with IT hiring managers to understand their team's requirements, define job descriptions, and establish recruitment strategies.

  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, market trends, and interview techniques.

  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining timely communication and transparency.


Qualifications and Tech Proficiency

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as an IT Recruiter 4+ years

  • Experience working in a service-oriented company and maintaining effective communication with internal stakeholders will be considered a very big advantage.

  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with a focus on meeting KPIs is essential for the role.

  • In-depth knowledge of IT roles and technologies, with the ability to assess technical skills effectively.

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools, experience with WorkDay will be considered an advantage.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring teams.

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • A proactive and innovative approach to sourcing and attracting talent.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
